In the evening of May 21st, 2010, graduate of 2007 from our school Lin Jing with three graduates from Bowling Green State University in USA held a world music collection concert in Yi Fu Meeting Center in RUC.

Lin Jing was enrolled in Music Department in School of Arts in 2002, standing out during her study and graduate with excellent scores. In the same year, she acted the leading female role in the musical “butterfly” composed by famous composer Sanbao. She got into Bowling Green State University in 2008 and received the diploma of vocal performance artist and won the first place of the 10th Dr. Marjorie Conrad Peatee Art Song Competition.

 

During the concert, Lin Jing performed many Chinese, English, Italian, Germany and French songs, including songs home and abroad, parts of musicals and operas. Her skillful and excellent performance won thunderous applauses and praises from the audience.
