On the afternoon of June 25,2012, President Chen Yulu and Vice President Liu Xiangbing of RUC posed pictures with all the 2012 graduates of School of Arts. President Chen Yulu encouraged the 2012 graduates to endeavor to be first-class artists in future. Executive Dean Xu Weixin and over 30 School of Arts staff attended the ceremony.

Subsequently, the Grand Awards Ceremony for RUC School of Arts 2012 Graduates, hosted by Deputy Dean Zhao Fang and Deputy Party Secretary Bie Min, was held in South 301 of the Century Auditorium. Finally Executive Dean Xu Weixin remarked in his speech to the graduates: `I hope you can learn the strong liberal arts background from your alma mater RUC, to realize the importance of cross-disciplinary learning. Based on the subtle influence of the four years study life, I wish you better performance in your future creation`.
